We met with Marion Cuddy the owner during the pandemic and were tasked to get the store online and build traction in the national media. It was important to tell the Marion Cuddy story to the stores established upmarket demographic to drive foot traffic in the door of the physical store. We had several meetings with Marion and decided to build a customised shopify site so Marion could use the facility on a daily basis. More importantly we built out a visual lookbook to give the brand a sharper upmarket vibe that matched her price point and customer. We built out a visual strategy and shot both editorial images and product for e-commerce. The results were instant, Marion attracted a lot of coverage in the press and found new customers, another benefit Marion noticed is the store re-connected with past customers with whom she had lost contact.
