Client : Miriam Leech Pharmacy

A Pharmacy project where we worked in collaboration with retail consultant Eddie Shanahan, the focus was to differentiate the Miriam Leech brand as a ‘local pharmacy’, a well established family run business in this historic Dublin neighbourhood, a favourite of local shoppers. While we were there Miriam and her staff greeted many of the customers on a first name basis. With this in mind we put together a plan with Eddie to emphasise the person behind the brand, the history, the sense of place and and the professional welcoming nature of the staff as a key points of difference. We developed a visual brand, a new logo, shopping bags, signage. Our crew visited the area and we photographed the staff and products, followed up with some video footage to develop out a website.

The end result was a visual website emphasising customer service, the array of gifting ideas in the shop and the ‘local’ nature of Ranelagh. A village in the heart of Dublin City.
